Date-Range Filters to Backup Data

Application allows the user to set a date range to backup the data. The user has to provide a specific date range in "From" to "To" fields & the software will backup all the emails and other items according to it. This helps the user to create the backup Google Workspace account data as per his/her requirements.

Re-Run Backup Options

Once a cycle of backup is completed, the software provides multiple advanced options to backup Google Workspace data. These options are as follows:

• Retry Failed Items: This options allows the admin to backup all the mailbox items that might have failed or skipped during the initial backup process.
• Re-Run Full Backup: In case the process fails due to manual errors, this option can be used to re-run and execute the entire process again.
• Delta Backup: This option allows one to backup only the newly arrived data and hence, prevent any duplication of data during next backup phase.

Multi Options to Fetch Users

During the backup process, Google Google Workspace Backup Tool provides three options to fetch user accounts:

• Fetch Users: This option automatically fetches all the source Google Workspace user ids and displays them for selection.
• Add CSV file: This option allows the admin to import a CSV file consisting of all the Google user ids for the backup process.
• Download Template: This is not an option but a template to use for the CSV file used in the earlier "Add CSV" option.

Types of Views

For user convenience, even the UI of the software has been optimized. A prime example od this is the option to switch between the 'Tile View' and 'List View'.

• List View: In this mode, all the user ids' are displayed in a list view during the backup process. In addition, 4 different tabs are provided based on the status (all, in progress, pending, completed)
• Tile View: This option displays all the id's in separate tiles within the status tabs.

Download Progress Report

After the completion of the backup process, the software generates backup progress reports with progress status.

• Backup Summary Report: This report downloads a single file containing the backup details of all the Google user accounts.
• Detailed Report: This option allows the admin to save reports of all or selected user accounts in individual files.

Concurrent Backup

The Google Workspace backup solutions is capable of saving user account's data batch-wise. It provides a maximum of 5 accounts to process and backup concurrently.

Prioritize User Accounts

This software allows the administrator to prioritize particular user accounts for backup. The proritized ids are processed first followed by the other Google ids.
