Migration Between Multiple Platforms

Using the cloud migrator tool, you can perform migration from sources such as G Suite, Office 365, Exchange, Lotus Notes, Office 365 archive folder to destination cloud such as G Suite, Office 365 and Office 365 archive folder. The tool is available for both Windows and Linux operating systems with the almost same functionalities.

Complete Cloud Migration

The software migrates all your data from the current environment to the destination cloud suite. It includes all the selected user mailboxes, attachments, calendar info, contact details, tasks and drive data. These items will migrate straight into the destination suite without hampering the data.

User Mapping Features

This tool offers 2 options for quick and easy user mapping. Use these options to map user accounts of source and destination environment.

• Fetch User: This feature automatically fetches all user account from the source environment and displays them on the User tab. All the destination fields will remain empty for manual mapping.
• Import User: You can import a CSV file containing the mapped list of source and destination user account. The sample CSV file can be downloaded with the help of the Download Template option on the window.

Re-Run Cloud Migration

Once the migration is finished, the solution enables 3 options to re-run the migration process:

• Retry Migration: In the first migration attempt, all those items that were failed to migrate, this option will try migrating them again.
• Re-Run Full Migration: This option will set a counter for all those items that got skipped during the previous migration. It will migrate all those skipped items without duplicate.
• Delta Migration: The tool offers unlimited delta migration attempts. At the time of the next migration attempt, the tool will skip all the migrated items and only migrate items received after previous run.

Detailed Reporting

The cloud migration tool offers two types of migration reports:

• Summary Report: This feature will generate a CSV report containing the list of all users and the success and failure count of each item migrated.
• Detailed Report: This feature will generate a separate report for each user containing the list of transferred items and their success and failure count.

Live Migration Dashboard

During the data migration, the tool offers a live preview of on-going, pending, and completed user mailboxes. Additionally, there are two types of previews i.e. List View and Tile View. These preview options contain the real-time count of mailbox items that are being migrated to the destination account.
